We make every attempt to fill your order with the product requested, and will attempt to inform you if an item is not available. An unavailable item may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value.
For products purchased from a local store or through an office product dealers catalog, please return the product to where it was originally purchased. If the original location will not accept your return, you may contact us for assistance.
For all purchases ordered directly from us either online, by phone or through the mail, please complete the Returns/Replacements form found in your shipment or contact us by selecting "Order Returns" on the drop-down menu of the Customer Service page. Be sure to include your contact information along with the item number and a reason for the return. A customer service representative will contact you to assist with the issue.
A customer service representative will be in contact upon receipt of your communication. To save time and possible unnecessary costs, please do not mail your purchase back without first submitting an online return request for assistance.
